Using Event Stitcher

By creating an account you agree to use the service for lawful events only and to comply with applicable laws including anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/PECR) when sending messages to your guests. You are responsible for obtaining consent from guests before adding them to your event.

Payments and ticketing

Ticket sales are processed via Stripe Connect Express. The platform fee is 10% of each ticket sale. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to collect payments and for remitting any applicable taxes. Refund disputes are handled through Stripe.

Prohibited content

You may not use Event Stitcher to send spam, harassing messages, content promoting illegal activity, or anything that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

The service is provided as-is without warranty. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
